We will deliver your purchase within 6-9 working days after receiving your order confirmation.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link.

RETURN POLICY

All return shipping, import and customs fees are at sole responsibility of the customer. These fees will deducted from the final refund and will not be reimbursed.

We gladly accept exchanges or refund within 14 calendar days from receipt of the merchandise.

Note that we can exchange an item for the same product (order number) in a different size or color.

In order to start the exchange or refund process first we must receive the item and the customers can contact us via email at sales@issi.gr stating the order number and the reason for return. The customer will then receive an email with the specific amount of return and the day of the shipment.

The returned items must be sent back in their original packaging together with all the materials received with the item (Tags, Box, etc) and must be unharmed, worn or altered.

Items that will not match our return policy will be not take into consideration and sent back to the customer at his own cost.
