Dramodé, the sold-out performance that became the cornerstone for establishing the festival that will unite theatre and fashion!
At the heart of the performance were 17 Greek designers, members of the Hellenic Fashion Designers Association (HFDA).
Among them was ISSI Menswear by fashion designer Stratos Eleftheriou, who was specifically responsible for transforming renowned Greek actor Aimilios Cheilakis into Richard III.
Overall, the backbone of the performance consisted of the 17 Greek designers of the Hellenic Fashion Designers Association — Stratos Eleftheriou/ISSI, 240791ek, Daphne Valente, Dassios, Denise Eleftheriou, Konstantinos Tsigaros, Kathy Heyndels, Kourbela, Liana Camba, Maison Faliakos, Maison Zoulias, Olga Karaververis, Parthenis, Sotiris Georgiou, Tassos Mitropoulos, Vrettos Vrettakos, and Yiorgos Eleftheriades — who dressed the stage performers in creations inspired by emblematic productions of the Athens Epidaurus Festival.
“It’s fascinating to see the depth a garment can acquire once it transcends the boundaries of the catwalk.”
